Our vision · 2026 and beyond

God is raising illuminators
for a time such as this.

The times are changing, and what comes next must be built on the rock. The Illuminator Movement exists to raise leaders who know who God created them to be, carry Christian values into every sphere and faithfully steward what He has entrusted to them — so what we build now leaves the world better for generations to come.

What this is not

Not get-rich-quick. Not trends over character.

This is not a hustle without formation. It is not ambition without conviction. It is not popularity traded for character, or the next scheme traded for the generations. We are after something that lasts.

Discerning the times

Read the times. Know what to do.

We are not guessing at this moment — we are reading it. Here is how we understand the hour we have been given.

01

The shaking

Institutions, economies and narratives that looked permanent are being exposed. What was built on sand is being revealed, and what is built on the rock is being tested to stand.

02

AI and acceleration

AI can answer questions and produce at extraordinary speed. It cannot form character, discern responsibility or decide what a life and enterprise should ultimately serve.

03

Deception and discernment

We believe the Bible calls us to live awake in this hour. As truth and imitation become harder to separate, knowing God’s Word and testing what we hear are essential.

04

The wealth transfer

We believe this generation is living through the greatest transfer of wealth, influence and opportunity in history. Increase without formation can destroy; in formed hands, it can serve generations.

05

The open door

This is an opening for leaders of character to carry truth, wisdom and faith-led values into every sphere — and build what should exist next.

1 Chronicles 12:32 · Matthew 24:4 · 1 John 4:1 · Hebrews 12:27

The tension you may be feeling

You sense the times are changing.

A lack of peace

You have built, achieved and accumulated — yet something inside is unsettled. You know there is more to this than where you are.

A desire to be formed

You want your character shaped, not just your skills sharpened. You are done with accumulation without formation.

A call to steward

You want to steward wealth, influence and visibility faithfully — not as an end in themselves, but for the generations to come.

Raising the 3.5%

Character and conviction at the centre of every sphere.

We believe a committed few can model another way to lead. Our use of the 3.5% idea is an inspiration drawn from nonviolent civil-resistance research, not a universal threshold or a promise of national change. Our conviction is that God calls leaders to carry faith-led values into every sphere of influence.

These are leaders whose character is anchored in something deeper than the age’s approval. Not a retreat from culture — a renaissance. Not domination — faithful presence. Not noise — light. They build on truth, steward with integrity, and refuse to trade character for comfort or conviction for applause.

If you have felt the pull to build something that lasts, to lead with integrity, to steward what you have been given with wisdom — you may be one of them. This is the room for you.

Daniel 3 · Romans 12:2 · Matthew 5:14–16

The 3.5% are not sent to one place. They are sent into every sphere.

What you believe should shape how you work, lead, create, give, raise a family and build community — in every sphere of influence.

Family

The first sphere. Where identity is formed, faith is lived, and the next generation is raised.

Work & Business

Wealth-producing ability stewarded with integrity. Enterprise as vocation, not just income.

Education

Shaping how the next generation thinks, discerns and carries truth into the world.

Creativity & Media

Story, image and design that shape culture’s imagination and point people toward what is good.

Government & Law

Justice, order and stewardship of the commons — serving the nation, not dominating it.

Healthcare & Science

Care for the body and the search for truth in creation — mercy and wisdom made visible.

Community

Neighbours, cities and the public square — where love is practical and faith is seen.

Technology & AI

The emerging world. Built with wisdom and stewardship, not surrendered to it blindly.

Who we are

Our vision. Our mission. Our values.

Our vision

A world illuminated by a generation who knows who they are, faithfully shaping every sphere of society, building what is good, true and lasting for generations to come.

Our mission

To help the millennial generation return to who God created them to be and faithfully steward, until the end, what has been entrusted to them.

01

Faith

We lead from faith, not fear.

We believe in a God that loves us. We believe in the Word of God, and in building on the Word of God. We choose to believe that God is preparing visions for us beyond what we can see, think or imagine — and we choose to lead from faith, not fear.

02

Family

Business is a vehicle for family to flourish.

We believe in the strong family unit and traditional values. We believe that men and women were both made in His image, as complementary strengths. We believe in growing businesses in a way that doesn’t sacrifice family, and in ensuring that business is a vehicle for family to flourish.

03

Legacy

We build for the generations to come.

We do not build for applause, validation or thinking of ourselves. We build with the future generations in mind, so that what we build outlasts ourselves.

04

Responsibility

Faithful with less, so we can be trusted with more.

We believe our life is made up of our decisions and the wealth, influence, gifts and talents given to us. We choose to carry them with integrity, accountability and long-term thinking — faithful with less, so we can be trusted with more.

05

Compassion

Influence for impact, not vanity.

We believe our influence is used for impact, not vanity. We aim to ensure that wealth and legacy can be used as a vehicle to create good beyond ourselves.

How we are fulfilling our mission

From household, to equipping, to the gates.

Our mission is fulfilled the way God builds: by forming people first, then sending them out. Before there was a platform or a marketplace, there was a household — and that is where we start. We help you return to who God created you to be in belonging and formation, equip you with your identity, gifts and assignment, and then send you to steward what has been entrusted to you in the public square and the places where culture is shaped — faithfully, until the end.

01

Oikos

The household

Who do I belong to?

The first economy — family, faith and provision lived together. Before platform, before enterprise, before public influence: belonging. You are not alone.

02

Ecclesia

The gathered people

Who am I becoming?

Formation and equipping. Gathered together, formed by the Word, filled by the Spirit, equipped for the work.

03

Equipping

Formation and maturity

What has God given me?

Identity, strengths, assignment. Discovering the gifts God placed in you and learning to steward them faithfully.

04

Agora

The public square

Where am I sent?

Work, business, enterprise and culture. Where your formation meets the world — building, serving, creating and leading.

05

The Gates

Where culture is shaped

Where can I steward and influence?

Influence stewarded for the long view. Not domination — faithful presence in the places that shape a generation.

How we have formed the movement itself

Our six-stage offer system connects FORGED, Business For Impact, Academy, Business School, Checkmate and Council, by invitation only. It develops the leader, the enterprise and the counsel needed for consequential decisions. Alongside it, Hope, Contend, Bible study and worship offer voluntary ministry pathways, while the Network builds relationships and the annual Summit gathers the whole Movement.

What the 10 years taught us

The road here.

After building The Illuminator Movement for eight years, Samantha encountered Jesus. She spent years knowing God’s Word and being formed — learning who He is, who He made her to be, and what stewardship truly means. That season of formation was the foundation. Without it, the movement would have been built on sand.

Those years taught us the difference between the world’s way of building and what the Word of God teaches. They taught us that success without God is a ceiling, not a destination. They taught us that when you can be faithful with less, you can be trusted with more. And they taught us that formation comes before activation — you cannot forge others into what you have not first been forged into yourself.

The new Illuminator Movement website and vision for 2026 and beyond is built on what she learned in those years.

What the next 3 years hold

The road ahead.

The next three years — 2026 to 2029 — are about one thing: raising as many Illuminators as possible for God’s purposes. The 3.5% who will carry faith-led values into every sphere of influence.

We believe God has given you gifts and visions, and you want to faithfully fulfill the highest potential of who you are here to be — whilst staying true to who God created you to be. You are looking to learn from someone who understands wealth, what it means to be a pioneer, and how to build a family legacy that helps you steward it faithfully until the end.

In her role with the United Nations, Samantha is positioned to raise voices, illuminate what is being built, and help builders rise in every sphere — business, government, education, media, technology, family and beyond.

When you can be faithful with less, you can be trusted with more.

We invite you to partner with us

Gather. Equip. Forge. Send. Illuminate.

We are not gathering an audience. We are gathering a sent people — formed, equipped and sent into the world to build faithfully wherever they are placed, to steward wealth, influence and visibility with integrity, and to carry light into every sphere of influence until the end.

God has given you gifts and visions. The question is whether you will carry them faithfully — and become who He created you to be.

Faith-led

We build with God at the centre.

The Illuminator Movement is a faith-led movement. We believe every good thing — wealth, influence, talent, time — is entrusted, never self-made, and given to be stewarded well. Profit is a tool. Legacy is the assignment. You do not have to share our faith to belong here, but you should know what we are building on.

Much has been entrusted to this generation. Much will be required of it.
