Each foundation is taught in order, so identity is settled before assignment is named and assignment is named before influence is stewarded.

- Do I need a business already?
- No. Academy is about the person, not the enterprise. Many members are building something; many are still asking what they are meant to build.
- How much time does it take?
- Pre-recorded teaching sessions, plus formation work between them. Expect to give it real hours — the forming is in the work, not the watching.
- I am not religious. Is Academy for me?
- Yes. Academy is built on faith and we are open about that, but you do not need to share it to be formed here. Many people arrive with questions. Bring them. Nobody will pressure you.
- I can learn this from books, podcasts or AI. Why Academy?
- Information tells you what is true in general. Formation helps you examine what is true about you. Academy takes you through the work in order so insight becomes conviction and action, not more notes.
