Illuminator Academy — the person before the enterprise
Who this is for

For the founder who has proven they can create success — and knows the next level asks something of them personally.

Emerging and building Illuminators, roughly 25 to 40, running $100K to $5M businesses. High-agency, visionary, purpose-driven. Usually the person in their circle who sees furthest ahead.

  • You have achieved things, but privately you know you are capable of more — and you are not sure what the next level requires of you.
  • The business cannot grow faster than the founder, and you have started to feel exactly where that ceiling sits.
  • You want money and meaning. Revenue alone stopped being the scoreboard a while ago.
  • You want strategy, challenge, perspective and a room of ambitious, values-led peers — not someone managing your calendar.

It is not for anyone chasing quick money, avoiding responsibility or wanting status without stewardship.

This is the person

The Illuminator offer ecosystem

Five stages of becoming an Illuminator. Belong. Become. Build. Scale. Steward.

These are not five programs. They are one path. The mission underneath all of it is the same: stewarding the greatest wealth transfer in history — and multiplying it for generations to come.

  1. 01

    I belong

    The Illuminator Network

    $49/month · $490/year

    Where do I belong?

Identity, belonging and the room. The philosophy, the private conversations, the member community and the Hubs in your city.

For the emerging founder — $100K to $500K — who wants their people before they want another tactic.

  2. 02

    I become

    Illuminator Academy

    $1,997 – $2,500

Who do I need to become?

Six levels — Identity, Vision, Influence, Leadership, Stewardship, Legacy. The leadership school that builds the person the vision requires.

For the emerging to building founder who knows the business cannot grow faster than the founder.

    You are here
  3. 03

    I build

    Illuminator Business School

    $7,500 – $10,000

What do I need to build?

The Illuminator Business Method — ten pillars from founder positioning to wealth. Your expertise becomes intellectual property, and the business becomes a machine.

For the building founder — $500K to $5M — who has proven they can create money and now wants a machine.

  4. 04

    I scale

    Checkmate

    $25,000/year · by application

How do I scale it beyond me?

A private strategic environment for founders building an organisation, wealth engine and leadership team that can operate without them.

For the 30 to 42 year-old founder at $500K to $5M+ with a team of three to thirty, hitting the founder ceiling.

  5. 05

    I steward

    Illuminator Council

    $50,000 – $100,000/year · by invitation

How do I steward wealth, influence and power?

Not a higher tier of coaching. An advisory and influence network convened around five tables: Wealth, Influence, Power, Legacy and the Future.

For the established founder — $5M+, multiple businesses, real wealth and audience — asking what the influence is for.

And then legacy — I multiply. The promise is not that you become rich. It is that you become capable of stewarding what wealth, influence and power make possible.

Faith-led

We build with God at the centre.

The Illuminator Movement is built on the word of God. We believe every good thing — wealth, influence, power, talent, time — is entrusted by Him, never self-made, and given to be stewarded faithfully. Work is worship. Profit is a tool. Legacy is the assignment. You do not have to share our faith to belong here, but you should know what we are building on, and we will not build on anything else.

“To whom much is given, much will be required.” — Luke 12:48 ♖
